• 1/2 bag trader joes orzo
• 2 scallions
• 3 artichoke hearts
• 6 large black olives
• 6 large green olives
• zest and juice of 1 lemon
• 1/2 c parsley
• 2 oz trader joes sun dried tomatoes
• 2 T olive oil
